"What are processing fees?"

The fees for international transactions through Cartpanda Pay vary according to the selected plan, starting at 9.9% + R$ 1.50 per sale, regardless of the currency of the transaction.

Light: Flat fee for international sales – 9.9% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Starter: Flat fee for international sales – 9.5% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Premium: Flat fee for international sales – 9.0% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Advanced: Flat fee for international sales – 8.5% + R$ 1.50 per sale

"Do you hold any money in reserve?"

Cartpanda Pay holds a 5% reserve on receivables for 90 days.

This amount is used to cover potential future chargeback costs in your operation.

"What are payout times?"

The payout release time for orders depends on your contract with Cartpanda.

This period can range from 2 to 14 calendar days.

The countdown starts from the payment confirmation. So, if your contract specifies a 2-day payout period and you make a sale on January 1st, the balance will be available for withdrawal on January 3rd.

S2S Postback

S2S (server-to-server) postback is a tracking method that you can use as both a vendor and an affiliate to notify your marketing platform (e.g. Redtrack) about your sales/conversions. This system sends the conversion directly from our server to the marketing platform's server.

It is mainly composed of two elements: promolink and postback URL.

Promolink

The promolink is the electronic address (URL) that will be used to promote the product on marketing platforms. In other words, it is the campaign link. If you are a vendor, it will be the product link + click ID. If you are an affiliate, it will be the product's affiliate link (link containing your afid) + click ID. Some marketing platforms generate this link automatically with the click ID and other parameters.

Postback URL

This link works as a receiver of conversions and sales information. It is provided by the marketing platform you are using and it is through this link that our system will send the information so that your campaigns are properly updated.

In the integration setup step, follow the instructions to use it properly.

Prohibited Products and Activities

This page provides information on the types of activities, businesses, products, and sectors that are not permitted to use Cartpanda Pay services. In other words, compliance with the rules and restrictions outlined is necessary to sell through Cartpanda Pay.

High-Risk Jurisdictions and Individuals

It is prohibited to use Cartpanda Pay services for any business, contracting, or sale of goods and services, directly or indirectly, for:

Individuals located in, residing in, or citizens of jurisdictions, as well as products originating from these jurisdictions, which, by Cartpanda's determination and for legal, contractual, and commercial reasons, among others, are prohibited, such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

Additionally, conducting transactions involving the import or export of any product to or from Russia is prohibited.

High-Risk Individuals

Individuals who, by Cartpanda's determination and for legal, contractual, and commercial reasons, among others, are prohibited, such as individuals or legal entities included in a list of restricted persons or entities in the U.S., the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations, including sanctions maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the Denied Persons List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

What is the reserve on Cartpanda Pay?

When accessing the Cartpanda Pay dashboard, you may have come across the "Reserved Balance" field. Want to know what it means and how it works?

We're going to break it down in a simple and straightforward way. Let's dive in!

What is the reserved balance?

A percentage of all orders processed through Cartpanda Pay is placed into a reserve. This reserve acts as a special balance used to cover potential future chargebacks.

In other words, this balance will be used to cover any negative balances applied to your account.

Keep in mind that refunds or chargebacks are automatically deducted from your available balance, and the reserved balance is transferred to your available balance once the retention period ends.

How long is the balance held?

The reserve balance is held for 90 days after being added to your account. After this period, it is automatically transferred to your available balance for withdrawal.

Each order has its own individual release date.

For example, if you make a sale today, it will be released from the reserve in 90 days. If you make another sale tomorrow, that sale will also be released in 90 days, independently of the first one.

What is the reserve percentage?

The standard reserve rate is 5% (domestic transactions) and 10% (international transactions) per order, automatically deducted from all sales. However, after a certain period of using Cartpanda Pay, you can request a renegotiation of this percentage.

For affiliates: affiliating to a product and finding your promotion link

First steps

Once the identification is completed in your Cartpanda account, you can start selling as an affiliate.

To find products, you can either browse the affiliate marketplace or use an invitation link you may have received from a vendor or affiliate manager

To go to the marketplace and discover new products, click on Marketplace menu on the left side panel.

There you'll find several different products that you can request affiliation by simply clicking on the product and then clicking Request Affiliation. After that, you just need to wait for the seller to approve your request.

Affiliate invitation

If you have an affiliate invitation link, simply copy and paste it into your browser or click on the link that was provided to you.

A new window will open, displaying detailed information about the product, available offers, and commission rates.

If you agree to the terms, click Request Affiliation. After that, you just need to wait for the seller to approve your request.

Getting the product link

Once approved, go to Products, then navigate to Products I Promote.

From there, click the link icon on the right to access your affiliate links.

Question 6

Add tracking codes to orders via spreadsheet

Accepted Answer

Adding tracking codes to your orders using spreadsheets is a very simple process.

First of all, you need to access your order list, in Orders > All orders, and select the orders you want to add tracking codes to.

After that, click export to generate the spreadsheet .csv file.

|| Important: Orders cannot be archived for tracking to be entered correctly via spreadsheet.

Once the file is ready, access a spreadsheet manager, such as Excel or Google Drive's spreadsheet manager, and open your file.

Navigate to the tracking_no and Tracking Code columns and add the tracking codes, then save the file in .csv format.

Access your orders tab again, click on Import and upload the updated file and click on Import again.

After that, your orders will be automatically updated to FULFILLED with the tracking code inserted in our platform.
