Registration on Cartpanda Pay

Cartpanda has its own payment gateway, Cartpanda Pay.


Currently, registration is available to all our customers, with the main requirement being the use of Cartpanda as a sales platform (Full Store or Checkout).


To register, simply log in to your account, go to Admin > Payments > Verify Identity or click here.



Registration


You need to fill out a short form with some information about your company in order to register with Cartpanda Pay.


Step 1


In the first part, the company information is filled in.



Note for non-Brazilian merchants:


At the moment, to sell with Cartpanda through Cartpanda Pay, if you are not Brazilian, registration is possible with a company/LLC. The company must have a TAX ID Number or EIN Number to complete the registration.


In addition, you must provide the owner’s personal information when submitting the company details.

You can submit one of the following documents: Social Security Number, Driver’s License, or Passport.


Please ensure all information is entered correctly to successfully complete the registration.


Step 2


In the second part, the bank details for receiving withdrawals are filled in.


**Important: **The bank information must be linked to the information registered in the previous section (company details).



Step 3


The third part contains the company owner's information, which will be the same as if the first part was filled out as an individual.



Main Errors


Exceeded number of attempts:


The validation of the bank information entered is carried out directly with the Brazilian Central Bank, where the number of queries for this information is limited. We allow 3 (three) submission attempts through the platform. If this error appears, you will need to contact our support team and request a reset of the attempts, so you can fill in the correct information again.


Bank code / agency or account digit error:


This information must be filled in with extreme attention and entered exactly as it appears at your bank. Finally, you will need to agree with the three statements at the end by checking the box on the left.


After completing and saving the requested information, the Cartpanda Pay Terms of Service will open for digital acceptance.

It is essential that the document is read carefully in order to fully understand all the proposed terms.


After reading, you must check the box confirming that you have read and accepted the terms and click the Accept button.


If you do not agree with any of the proposed terms, you should not use Cartpanda Pay to process payments in your store. Instead, you may choose one of the other integrations available on the platform.
