Manage your CartPanda billing
Currently, there are 4 available plans, valid for both our full platform and for using the transparent checkout on Shopify stores.
Their respective monthly fees and transaction rates are:
- Light: $0.99
- Starter: $29
- Premium: $99
- Advanced: $299

Credit Card
To sell normally with CartPanda, you must select one of the plans above.
When choosing a plan, you will be asked to provide a credit card. All charges related to CartPanda will be billed to this card, which can be updated at any time if needed.
It is essential that the card is valid and has enough available limit for both the monthly fee and transaction charges.
Charges
Charges are executed on two different dates:
- Monthly Fee: Charged immediately when selecting the plan. Subsequent invoices are issued exactly one month after the initial date.
- Transaction Fees: Charged weekly, every Monday. All sales from your store are accumulated and billed at once on Mondays, directly to the registered card.
If desired, you can download a .csv file with all charges, including the order number and corresponding fee. Access it here.
Note: Orders that were approved and later refunded do not result in a refund of transaction fees.
Late Payment
After the first failed charge attempt, you have 7 days to regularize the situation.
If pending charges are not paid within this period, your dashboard will be blocked until the payment is made.
If payment is not completed within 15 days from the first attempt, the checkout will be automatically deactivated.
Our team is available for any questions. We value transparency, and if any amount is charged incorrectly, we will review and refund immediately, ensuring no customer is affected.
