Cartpanda Pay is a payment solution designed to boost your online sales, featuring multi-acquirer technology and high approval rates.

In this guide, we’ll explain how to receive funds processed through our gateway.

How to Request a Withdrawal

1. Log in to your Cartpanda dashboard.
2. Go to the side menu: Finance > Payouts

Here you can access your financial information, including:

• Recent payments
• Available balance
• Pending balance
• Reserved balance

You can withdraw the full amount available in Available Balance. Simply click Make Withdrawal.

A confirmation box will appear. Read the notice carefully, then click Confirm Transfer. The funds will be transferred to the bank account you registered with Cartpanda Pay.

Fees

For USD (US Dollar) Transfers

Each type of international transfer has its own fee, displayed transparently at the time of the request:

• Payoneer: $10 per withdrawal
• Lootrush: $10 per withdrawal
• ACH – Same Day ($6.00 fee)
• ACH – Next Business Day ($3.50 fee)
• Wire Transfer: $40 per withdrawal

You can select the transfer type in this field during the withdrawal request.

Important Notes About Withdrawals

• Transfers are processed only on business days and typically take up to one business day to complete.
• If you have any outstanding financial obligations (fees or plan payments), you cannot request a withdrawal until the debt is cleared.
• Currently, available balance in Cartpanda Pay cannot be used to pay for platform services, fees, or subscription plans.
• Proper order processing and tracking are essential. As noted during registration, tracking information ensures smooth operations. Recent orders are not considered until a minimum processing period has passed.
