Getting Started with Cartpanda

This article covers some of the most frequently asked questions and guides you through the first steps to get your operation up and running with Cartpanda.

What are the processing fees?

Processing fees for international transactions with Cartpanda Pay vary depending on the plan you choose. Fees start at 9.9% + R$1.50 per transaction, regardless of the currency used in the sale.

Current plans:

• Light: 9.9% + R$1.50 per transaction
• Starter: 9.5% + R$1.50 per transaction
• Premium: 9.0% + R$1.50 per transaction
• Advanced: 8.5% + R$1.50 per transaction

These fees apply to international sales processed through Cartpanda Pay.

Is there a reserve hold?

Yes. Cartpanda Pay maintains a 10% rolling reserve on receivables for 90 days.

This reserve is used to help cover potential future chargebacks or disputes related to your transactions.

Receipt time

The payout release time for your orders depends on the terms defined in your contract with Cartpanda.

Payout periods typically range from 2 to 14 calendar days.

The payout countdown begins once the payment is confirmed.

Example:

If your contract specifies a 2-day payout period and you make a sale on January 1st, the funds will become available for withdrawal on January 3rd.

You can check your current payout schedule in your dashboard by going to: Admin > Payments > Manage > Payout Time

To view the value of all your sales, simply go to Finance > Payouts, where you can see your payouts and request withdrawals.
