Early Payout is a feature that allows merchants to advance the receipt of sales that are still in pending balance, providing more control, predictability, and agility in cash flow.

With this functionality, it is possible to convert pending balance into available capital before the standard release period.

The request must be made by navigating to: Finance > Payouts > Balance Pending Release > Early Payout.

How Early Payout works

Early Payout allows merchants to request an advance of their funds directly from the platform dashboard.

See how the process works:

• The feature is available exclusively for amounts in pending balance.
• Reserve balance is not eligible for Early Payout and remains unchanged.
• Requests must be made through the following path: Finance > Statement.
• At the time of the request, the Early Payout fee is displayed transparently to the merchant.
• After the request is submitted, it goes through an operational review conducted by the Cartpanda internal team.

Approval process and balance update

Once the request is approved by the Cartpanda team, the balance will be automatically updated in the merchant’s dashboard.

During the request process, the system will display the following informational message:

"After your request is approved by our team, your balance will be automatically updated."

Limit of simultaneous requests

To ensure stability in request processing, it is not possible to open multiple Early Payout requests at the same time.

If there is already a request in progress, the system will display the following notice:

"You cannot open a new request while another one is still in progress."

A new request can only be submitted after the previous request has been completed.

Minimum request amounts

To use the Early Payout feature, the following minimum request amounts must be respected:

• BRL: R$ 10,000
• USD: US$ 5,000

Requests below these amounts cannot be processed.

Request notification

After submitting an Early Payout request:

• The merchant will receive an email notification informing the status of the request.
• If approved, the requested amount will be automatically updated in the balance.

Important information

Before requesting an Early Payout, consider the following points:

• Only amounts in pending balance can be advanced.
• Reserve balance amounts cannot be advanced.
• Each request is subject to operational review by the Cartpanda team.
• An advance fee will be applied, displayed at the time of the request.
• You cannot open a new request while another one is still in progress.
