Tauk Call Center Integration
Webhooks
Integrating with the Tauk call center is very simple.
First, request the endpoints where Tauk will receive the webhooks.
You will receive two endpoints similar to the following:
YOURSTORE - Abandons: https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/xxxx/yyyy/
YOURSTORE - Buyers: https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/xxxx/yyyy/

Go to Admin > Notifications > Webhooks

Click: Set up Webhooks > Create Webhooks
Then configure the following:
- Add the Abandons URL with the event “Abandoned Cart”
- Add the Buyers URL with the event “Order Created”
After this setup, your screen should display both webhooks configured.
Inform the Tauk Team
Once the webhooks are configured, notify the Tauk team that the webhooks have been added so they can complete the integration on their side.
Customer Support Access
To grant access to the Tauk team, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin → Accounts
- Click “Add Team Account”
- Under Permissions, grant access to Orders
Done! Your integration is now complete.
