Social Proof
Social proof consists of small texts and images added to the checkout to increase personalization and trust in your store.
They can highlight information such as shipping details, secure payment, or even customer reviews, and can be displayed for all products or only for specific items.
How to Add Social Proof
Go to Admin > Checkout > Edit Checkout.
In the editor, click Add New Section > Social Proof.

Then, define a general title for the section, for example: “Why buy from us?”
Click Save > Select the social proof to edit.

Configuring a Social Proof
Fill in the following fields:
- Title
- Description
- Image
After entering the information, click Save.

When clicking on the created social proof, you can also:
- Add up to 5 rating stars
- Define whether it will be displayed for all products
- Or select specific products where it should appear
Display on Desktop and Mobile
For social proofs to appear correctly in the checkout, the section must be enabled in: Admin > Checkout > Checkout Editor
To prevent the social proof from appearing duplicated:
- In Form Social Proof, enable Hide this section on desktop
- In Cart Social Proof, enable Hide this section on mobile
This ensures the correct display on each device.
