Inventory Management

CartPanda provides a complete and easy-to-use inventory management page to help you track your store's stock levels.

Accessing the Inventory Page

From the left-hand menu of your dashboard, click on “Inventory” to view a list of all products that have automatic inventory tracking enabled.

Note: Only products with the “Automatically update inventory” option enabled in the product editor will appear on this page.

You can also filter products by collection or tags to find what you’re looking for faster.

Updating Your Stock

Updating inventory is simple. Just enter the quantity you want to adjust (positive or negative) and choose one of the following actions:

Add: Adds the entered quantity to the current stock level (can also subtract if the value is negative).
Set: Overrides the current stock and sets it to the new quantity entered.

After entering the value, click the icon next to it to save the change.

Bulk Editing

To speed up management, CartPanda allows bulk editing of products and variants.

After selecting the desired items, two options will appear:

Edit Products: Allows full editing of selected products, including title, price, SKU, and weight.
Actions: Lets you change out-of-stock settings and update inventory quantities in bulk.
