Importing and Exporting Products in CartPanda

CartPanda allows you to import and export products in bulk using a CSV file.

This option is available at the top of the Products page, as shown in the image below.


Exporting Products


  1. Click Export.
  2. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose whether to export all products or only the selected products using the checkboxes.
  3. Click Export, and then save the file to your computer.

The exported file will contain all product information, including:

  • Title
  • Description
  • Variants
  • Prices
  • Other product details


Importing Products

To import products into CartPanda, you must use the same file template generated during export. Any other format will not work.

  1. Click Import
  2. Select your CSV file
  3. Click Start Upload


If you want to overwrite existing product information, check the box below the upload option.


Renaming a variant in the spreadsheet and importing it again will create a new variant with the new name.Note: Overwrite does not work for tasks like translating or renaming variants in bulk. It is only for updating information such as weight or price of existing products.




Next, a summary of all products to be imported will appear. Confirm to finish the process.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email registered in your store.


This import feature is ideal for quickly updating product information such as prices and stock.
