Customizable notes at checkout

One of the customizable fields available in the CartPanda checkout is the custom notes field.


With this feature, you can request additional information from customers directly at checkout, such as packaging instructions or any other details relevant to your operation.


How to Add Custom Notes


To add a custom notes field:


  1. Go to Admin > Checkout
  2. Click Edit on the desired template
  3. Select Add new section
  4. Choose Custom Notes
  5. Position the field wherever you want within the page and save





Done! The field will now appear in the checkout, allowing customers to fill it out before completing their purchase.


Where the Notes Appear


After the order is completed: The notes will appear for the customer on the Thank You page


They will also be added to the right sidebar of the order in the admin panel


This makes it easy for you and your team to quickly view any additional instructions provided by the customer.
