Creating collections helps keep your store organized and also simplifies the shopping experience for your customers.

With collections, customers can go directly to what interests them, avoiding confusion and reducing cart abandonment.

Creating Your First Collection

To create, manage, or delete collections, go to the CartPanda dashboard and navigate to: Products > Collections

Click Add Collection on the right side of the screen.

You will then be taken to the following page:

The process is very similar to creating a product. Fill in the collection information, add a brief description, and include images if you want.

On the right side, just below the collection image, there is an option to activate or deactivate the collection.

This does not delete the collection—it only controls whether it is visible to customers.

To add products to the collection, you can choose between Manual Collection or Smart Collection.

Manual Collection

Manually add products to the collection by selecting the items you want.

1. Click Add Product
2. Select the desired products
3. Save your changes

After saving, the complete list of products will appear. You can sort them by:

• Number of sales
• Alphabetical order
• Price
• Creation date

Smart Collection

Products that meet predefined conditions are automatically added to the collection.

Smart Collections allow you to automate your store organization quickly and efficiently.

When selecting Smart Collection, you will see the section to edit Match Conditions. Any product created that meets these conditions will be automatically added to the collection.

Adding Products Automatically

You can choose whether products must meet:

• All conditions (AND logic)
• Any condition (OR logic)

You can create multiple conditions using four types:

• Product Tag
• Product Price
• Product Title
• Product Type

After selecting the type, choose the condition and enter the specific value or text.

Example:

To add a product to a collection, it must:

• Have the tag “featured”
• Have a price greater than $100
• Include the word “shirts” in the title

If you want a product that contains “shirts” in the title but is under $100 to be added, switch to Any condition.

You can also create price ranges. For example, include only products priced between $50 and $200.

Deleting an Existing Collection

To delete a collection:

1. Access the collection you want to remove
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Click Remove

This will permanently delete the collection, products in the collection will not be deleted.
