Available parameters UTM
CartPanda allows the use of specific parameters in your checkout to track important order information.
For example, if you use utm_source in the link, you can identify where your customers came from before making a purchase.
This information will be stored in the order details under the Conversion Summary field.
What These Parameters Help Identify
- Traffic source
- Responsible campaign
- The ad that generated the sale
Where to View Parameters in the Dashboard
- Go to Orders > All Orders
- Click on the desired order
- On the right-hand side, locate the Conversion Summary field
The parameters sent in the URL will be recorded in this field.
How It Works in Practice
Original checkout link: https://loja.mycartpanda.com/checkout/270157469738:1
Adding a parameter: https://loja.mycartpanda.com/checkout/270138:1?utm_source=facebook
Now, every sale made through this link will have: utm_source=facebook
Recorded in the order’s Conversion Summary.
