Advanced export

CartPanda has its own app for creating and exporting custom reports, called Advanced Export.


Accessing the App


You can access the app directly from your dashboard or by clicking [here]. The first step is to add a new report by clicking the button in the top-right corner. This will open the following page:


Creating a Report


  1. Choose the report type – select from Orders, Products, or Customers.
  2. Set conditions/filters – in the conditions section, you can choose any filters you want for the report. If you don’t want to add a filter, simply select a field like Total Price > 1.
  3. Name your report – on the right side, enter a name for your report and select whether you want to save it as an Excel or CSV file.
  4. Select columns – in the “Available Information” section, choose which columns to include in your report.
  5. The single arrow adds the selected column.
  6. The double arrow adds all available columns.
  7. Set export order – at the bottom of the page, you can choose the order of the columns by clicking and dragging the options.


Exporting or Saving


You have two options:


  • Download the report immediately by clicking Download.
  • Save the report for future use by clicking Save.


If you save the report, you can:


  • Download it easily with 1 click using the green button.
  • Edit the report settings again if necessary.


This allows you to create, customize, and manage reports efficiently for all your operational data.
