Validating your product in the global market

When operating in the Global Market, it is necessary to validate your product before starting sales in other currencies.


How to Validate Your Product


Follow the steps below:


  • Access your Cartpanda Dashboard
  • Go to Products > List Products
  • Select the product you want to sell in the global market
  • Locate the option: “I want to sell my product in multiple currencies” and check this option.


Fill in the following information:



Enter the link to your sales page.



  • If your VSL is hosted separately, insert the corresponding link.
  • If the VSL is already on the sales page itself, repeat the same sales page link in the VSL field.


If Your Product Is Digital


Correctly Define the Delivery Method of Your Infoproduct


Select the option that corresponds to how your content will be delivered to the customer, ensuring the team can properly validate the deliverable.


Choose one of the available options:


Memberkit

Select this when the deliverable is provided through Memberkit.

  • Enter your Memberkit login.
  • The email and password provided will not be sent to the final customer.
  • This information is used only for internal analysis of the deliverable by the Cartpanda team.


Web App

Select this when access to the product is provided through an application or website.

It works the same way as Memberkit: the credentials are used only for internal review.


Drive / Email

Select this when the deliverable will be sent by Cartpanda via email (link or file).


In this case:

  • Create a link in Google Drive
  • Set the access to public
  • Insert the link in the Access Link field


Product Purpose


In the “Product Purpose” field, clearly describe the objective of your offer.

Example: A digital training program focused on developing marketing skills for beginners.

Be clear and objective.


If Your Product Is Physical


  • Provide the link to your sales page and VSL (if applicable).
  • Enter your supplier information.
  • Provide the product return address.
  • Clearly describe the purpose of the product.


How to Validate the Script


To validate the compliance script:


  1. Click “Copy Script.”
  2. When you copy it, the following code will be copied automatically:

  1. Insert this script inside the head tag of your sales page.
  2. After inserting it, save the page.
  3. Then go back to the product in Cartpanda and click Save.


The system will automatically recognize that the script is present in the provided link.

If the system does not recognize it immediately, wait about 5 minutes and try again. We also recommend testing it in an incognito/private browser tab.


Why Is There a Script on My Page?


The script is present due to the implementation of the compliance script provided by the platform, which is required to meet the Global Market validation requirements.

The purpose of this script is to ensure that the content complies with the Global Market guidelines.


Validation is mandatory to operate in the Global Market and ensures that your product meets the platform’s international guidelines.

After correctly filling in the information and validating the script, your product will go through an internal review.
