Store analytics
In the CartPanda Analytics section, you can track important data about your store’s performance and your visitors’ behavior.
These insights help you make strategic decisions by allowing you to understand traffic sources, how customers navigate your store, and the key conversion points within your sales funnel.
To access the Analytics section, log in to your CartPanda dashboard and select Analytics from the left-side menu.

Date range selector
At the top-right corner of the page, you will find the date range selector
With it, you can define the time period you want to analyze.
Simply select the desired range and click Apply to update the data.
You can also show or hide charts according to your preference, making it easier to focus on the metrics that matter most to your business.
To do this, click “Edit analytics page.”

How is the data collected?
The data is based on cookies.
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on devices, whether mobile or desktop, that allow user tracking.
Each cookie identifies the user's device and session duration. If there is 30 minutes of inactivity, the session ends and a new one begins.
This means the same visitor can generate multiple sessions in your store.
Example:
If a user views a product for 20 minutes and then returns to your store 2 hours later for another 10 minutes, the system will record:
- 2 sessions
- 1 visitor
If the user views a product for 5 minutes and returns after 10 minutes, it will count as:
- 1 visitor
- 1 session
