Reports: Track your sales and affiliate performance
The Reports section, available in Analytics > Reports, allows you to closely track the performance of your store and your affiliates.
In this area, Cartpanda provides pre-configured reports with important metrics to analyze your business. You can also create custom reports, selecting exactly which data you want to view.

Available Reports
Currently, Cartpanda provides three default reports that store owners can access at any time.

This report shows the sales performance over a specific period, allowing you to analyze how your revenue evolves over time.
You can select the desired time range, such as:
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 365 days
- Or any custom date range
Metrics displayed in this report
- Producer Net Revenue

- Refunds
Total amount returned to customers in refund cases.
Report structure
The data is organized by month, displaying information such as:
- Corresponding month
- Producer Net Revenue
- Total discounts applied
- Shipping value
- Taxes
- Refunds
This report allows you to track the financial evolution of your store, making it easier to analyze performance and make strategic decisions.
Affiliate KPI´s
The Affiliate KPI report allows you to analyze the performance of sales generated by your affiliates.
When accessing the report, you can view the following metrics:
Available metrics
- Affiliate Name
Name of the affiliate associated with the orders.
- Commission
Total commission amount earned by the affiliate.
- Net Revenue
The net revenue of the order, calculated from the total sale value minus the reserve balance (usually 10% for global market sales).
Example:
Assuming the reserve balance is 10%:
Total amount paid by the customer: $10.00
Net revenue of the order = $9.00
- Gross Revenue
Total amount paid by the final customer.
- Order Value
Total value of the order placed.
- Chargebacks
Total value of chargebacks.
- Earnings
Total net revenue earned by the producer. It represents the real profit generated from the sale, already deducting transaction fees and affiliate commission.
Example calculation
Order value: $10.00
Transaction fee (9.9% + $1.50):
$10.00 − $2.49 = $7.51
Reserve balance (10%):
$7.51 − 10.00% = $6.75 → Net Revenue
Affiliate commission (fixed CPA): $5.00
Producer earnings:
$6.51 − $5.00 = $1.51 (final profit from the sale)
Example report
Affiliate Name | Commission | Net Revenue | Gross Revenue | Order Value | Chargebacks | Earnings |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
test | $5.00 | $6.51 | $10.00 | $10.00 | 0 | $1.51 |
This report allows you to accurately track affiliate performance, identifying which partners are generating the most sales and the financial return those sales bring to your business.
Affiliate Orders
The Affiliate Orders report provides a summary of sales made exclusively through affiliate links.
Available metrics
- Total Orders
Total number of orders placed through an affiliate's exclusive link.
- Total Sales
Total gross value of the sales generated by those orders.
Example
If an affiliate generated:
- 2 orders
- Each order with a sale value of $10.00
The report will display:
- Total orders: 2
- Total sales: $20.00
This report helps you track how many orders each affiliate generated and the total sales volume, making it easier to monitor affiliate performance.
