Manage your orders

Orders Page

After your customers make any purchase in your store, their orders will be stored and organized on the CartPanda Orders page.

To access your orders page, navigate through the side menu to Orders and click All Orders.

Orders Page Overview

At the top of the page, you will find buttons to export or import orders in a .csv file.

Order import is used to update existing orders with tracking codes. It is not possible to create new orders through import, only to update existing ones.

Below that, you will find the available filters. You can quickly filter by:

  • Order status
  • Payment status
  • Processing status

There are also many additional filters available by clicking More Filters.

With these advanced filters, you can filter by:

  • Payment gateway
  • Processing date
  • Shipping method
  • And more.

On this page, you can easily identify the payment status, processing status, total value, customer name, order date, and order ID.

To access the details of an order, simply click on its number.

Order Information

The order information page contains all details about the customer and the purchased products.

On the right side, you will find:

  • Customer personal information
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method used

In the center section, you will find the order details, including:

  • Products purchased
  • Total amount paid by the customer
  • Selected shipping cost

At the top of the page, under Actions, you can:

  • Cancel the order
  • Archive the order
  • Duplicate the order
  • Access the order details page to share with your customer

In the lower center section, the Mark as Paid button allows you to confirm that the payment has been received.

The Mark as Processed button opens a new page where you can process the order.

Timeline

CartPanda orders include a complete timeline that allows you to track all changes made to the order, such as:

  • Payment received
  • Order processing
  • Other system updates

In addition to automatically generated system events, you can also add:

  • Comments
  • Files

This allows you to include any necessary information related to that order.

You can also resend automatic system emails, such as the order confirmation email or the cancellation email.

Order Processing

To process an order, you must first choose the quantity of products to be processed.

If you select a quantity lower than the total order quantity, the order status will remain Partially Processed until the remaining items are processed later using the same procedure.

Next, fill in the tracking information, including:

  • Tracking code
  • Tracking URL

If you are using the CartPanda Pay payment gateway, entering the tracking code is required.

At the bottom of the page, there is an option to send or not send the processing email directly to your customer.

If the tracking code and URL are provided, they will be included in the order processing confirmation email sent to the customer, using the email address entered during checkout.

Finally, after filling in the desired information, simply click the Process Items button on the right side.

After processing the order, you can edit the tracking code or cancel the processing at any time through the More option, as shown in the image below.
