Manage Your Customers


CartPanda has a dedicated section for managing your customers. To access it, navigate through the side menu and select Customers.


Adding a Customer Manually


To add a customer manually:


  1. Click Add Customer in the top-right corner
  2. Fill in all the necessary information


Customer Records


Once a customer makes a purchase or abandons a cart, their complete profile will appear on this page, along with a summary of their activity, including:


  • Number of orders placed
  • Total amount spent in your store


Customer Profile


By accessing a customer’s profile, you can view:


  • Contact information
  • Address
  • Details of all orders they have placed


To update any information, select the Edit or Manage options on the right side of the profile.
