# Importing and Exporting Products in CartPanda

CartPanda allows you to **import and export products in bulk** using a **CSV file**.
This option is available at the **top of the Products page**, as shown in the image below.

## **Exporting Products**

1. Click **Export**.
2. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose whether to **export all products** or only the **selected products** using the checkboxes.
3. Click **Export**, and then save the file to your computer.
The exported file will contain **all product information**, including:
* Title
* Description
* Variants
* Prices
* Other product details

## **Importing Products**
To import products into CartPanda, you **must use the same file template** generated during export. Any other format will **not work**.
1. Click **Import**
2. Select your CSV file
3. Click **Start Upload**

If you want to **overwrite existing product information**, check the box below the upload option.

|| Renaming a variant in the spreadsheet and importing it again will **create a new variant** with the new name.Note: Overwrite does not work for tasks like translating or renaming variants in bulk. It is only for updating information such as weight or price of existing products.

Next, a **summary of all products to be imported** will appear. Confirm to finish the process.
A **confirmation email** will be sent to the email registered in your store.

This import feature is ideal for quickly updating product information such as **prices and stock**.
