# "What are processing fees?"

The fees for international transactions through Cartpanda according to the selected plan, starting at 9.9% + R$ 1.50 per sale, regardless of the currency of the transaction.

Light: Flat fee for international sales – 9.9% + $1 per sale

Starter: Flat fee for international sales – 9.5% + $1 per sale

Premium: Flat fee for international sales – 9.0% + $1 per sale

Advanced: Flat fee for international sales – 8.5% + $1 per sale

# "Do you hold any money in reserve?"

Cartpanda Pay holds a 5% reserve on receivables for 90 days.

This amount is used to cover potential future chargeback costs in your operation.

# "What are payout times?"

The payout release time for orders depends on your contract with Cartpanda.

This period can range from **2 to 14 calendar days**.

The countdown starts from the payment confirmation. So, if your contract specifies a **2-day payout period** and you make a sale on **January 1st**, the balance will be available for withdrawal on **January 3rd**.
