# For vendors: How to Approve or Reject Affiliates

Depending on the settings defined for your product, affiliate approval can happen in **two ways**: automatic or manual.

# **Manual Affiliate Approval**

If approval is manual, you will need to **review and decide on each affiliation request individually**.

# **How to Approve or Reject Requests**

1. Go to **“My Affiliates”** in the side menu of your Cartpanda dashboard.
2. In the list of requests, find the request you want to review.
3. Click on the affiliate’s name to **Accept** or **Reject** the request.

You can also use the **filter icon** to organize requests by product.

| Note: Any action you take will be reflected automatically for the affiliate.
