Cartpanda Affiliate System: How It Works
The Cartpanda Affiliate System allows you to promote products and earn commissions for every sale made through your unique affiliate link.

Requirements to Become a Cartpanda Affiliate
To participate as an affiliate, you must:
1️⃣ Create an Account on Cartpanda
You need an active account on the platform. Sign up for Cartpanda here.
2️⃣ Activate Cartpanda Pay
The affiliate system is exclusively available to Cartpanda Pay users, the platform’s own payment gateway.

3️⃣ Basic Plan
To promote products as an affiliate, you only need to be on the Basic Plan (free plan).
You can also participate as an affiliate on Light plan or higher.
Understanding the “Inactive” Status (Free Plan)
This simply means you are on the free plan and have not yet activated a paid plan.
To act as an affiliate, you just need a Cartpanda account on the Basic Plan and have Cartpanda Pay configured.
Where to Find Products to Promote
Products available for affiliation can be found in the Marketplace.
- In your dashboard, go to the side menu > Marketplace to view all publicly available products for affiliation.
In the Marketplace, you can:
- See all products available for public affiliation
- Search for products by name
- Filter products by category
To request affiliation, simply click on the desired product in the Marketplace and press “Request Affiliation”.
Important Product Information in the Marketplace
On the same product page, you can view:
Details:
- Affiliate support email
- Attribution model (first click or last click)
- Cookie duration
Offers:
- Product sale price
- Commission you will earn
These details help you understand the producer’s rules before requesting affiliation.
After submitting your request, wait for the producer to review it.
Once approved, the product will appear under: Products → List Products → Products I Promote, along with the current status of your request.
Possible Affiliation Status
- Pending: Your request has been sent and is awaiting the producer’s approval.
- Active: You have been approved as an affiliate and can now generate your link and start promoting to earn commissions.
- Declined: The producer chose not to approve your request. You cannot promote the product.
- Blocked: The producer blocked your affiliation for this product. You cannot promote it.
What if a Product Isn’t in the Marketplace?
If you search for a product and it’s not visible:
- The producer may have set it as private
- Affiliations may be temporarily closed
- Affiliation may be invite-only (common in mentorship programs)
In these cases, you must contact the producer directly.
Invitation-Only Affiliations
Some producers prefer invite-only affiliation:
- The product does not appear publicly in the Marketplace
- The producer sends a direct invitation to the affiliate
- After accepting, the product appears in your Products I Promote section
How to Copy Your Affiliate Link
Once your affiliation is approved:
- Go to Products > All Products > Products I Promote
- Locate the approved product
- Click the Links icon to view all available links ready for promotion
This ensures that all sales made through this link are correctly attributed to you.
You just need to copy the provided link and start promoting it.
Promoting Products in the Global Market
To promote products internationally:
- Confirm with the producer if the product is enabled for international sales
- Check which countries are supported
Cartpanda checkout automatically handles currency and language conversion based on the buyer’s geolocation.
If the product is enabled for international sales, simply share your affiliate link. The system will automatically:
- Convert currency
- Adjust language according to the buyer’s location
How Commissions Work
Commissions vary depending on the product and producer’s rules.
They can be:
- Fixed Commission (CPA)
- Percentage Commission (Revenue Share)
When a sale is made through your affiliate link, the order appears in Orders → All Orders, showing the amount assigned to you as an affiliate.
Your commission also appears in Finance → Statement, where you can track its entry into your balance.
Commission Payout Schedule
The release of funds depends on your payout schedule configured in Cartpanda Pay.
By default, new clients have the following payout times:
- Credit Card: 14 days
Check your payout schedule at: Admin → Payments → Manage → Payout Time
