FAQ - Season Runs
1. Do I need to sign up to participate in the Porsche Run?
Yes. Everyone is already automatically in Ranks, but you must opt in to the public leaderboard by October 31, 2025. Without this, you will not be part of the Porsche Run.
2. Who can participate?
- Vendors with an active and verified Cartpanda account.
- Affiliates and co-producers linked to a Cartpanda account.

3. What counts as revenue?
Only net revenue processed through Cartpanda Pay, after refunds, fees, and chargebacks are deducted. Revenue from external gateways does not count.
4. Does everyone start from zero?
Yes. Revenue accumulated before October 1 does not count. The race starts equally for everyone.

Through the public leaderboard, updated in real time.
It shows your position and progress compared to the leader (without displaying revenue amounts).
6. Until when can I opt in?

After this date, anyone who opts in will appear only on the standard ranking, not in the Porsche Run.

You will be automatically removed from the Porsche Run.
If you opt in again after October 31, you will appear only on the standard ranking, not in the competition.

- If still tied, Cartpanda will decide based on compliance and performance.
10. Can the prize be split?
