# Discover the Cartpanda Access Area

Today we’ll go over the **CartPanda login area**, including how to create your account, recover your password if needed, and manage multiple stores using the same email.

# Creating a CartPanda Account

Creating your **CartPanda account** is very simple. You just need to fill out a few fields, and within a few minutes you’ll be ready to start using the platform.

To get started:
1. Go to the CartPanda login page: https://accounts.cartpanda.com/register

When registering:

* Use a **valid email address** that you have access to
* Fill in **all required fields** to avoid errors during registration

After entering your information, click **“Register.”**

You will then be redirected to a new page where you will need to provide **additional personal information**.
Fields marked with an **asterisk (*) are required**.

Once you finish filling in the information, click **“Next”** to continue the registration process.

After completing all required steps, **your store will be ready to use**.

# Recovering Your Password

Forgot your password? No problem.
To recover it:

1. Go to the **CartPanda login page**
2. Click **“Forgot your password?”**
You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your **registered email address**.

Then:

1. Enter your email
2. Click **“Send”**

Within a few moments, you will receive an **email with a password reset link**.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, make sure to check your **Spam folder**.

# Multiple Stores with the Same Email

CartPanda allows you to **create and manage multiple stores using the same login email**.
First, you must have an **active CartPanda account**. If you don’t have one yet, follow the registration steps described earlier in this guide.

To create or switch stores:

1. Click on your **store name in the top-left corner** of the dashboard
2. Select the **switch store option**
3. 
If you already have more than one store, this page will allow you to **switch between them**.

If you only have one store, you will see the option to **create a new store**.

Simply fill in the required information and complete the setup.

Each store created will be **completely independent**, with its own:
* Orders
* Products
* Settings
* Configurations
