Welcome to CartPanda!

When you log in, your CartPanda dashboard will appear as shown in the image below.

Here, you can monitor the most important data of your operation in real time.

What You’ll Find on the Dashboard

On the main panel, you will have access to:

• Total Orders (number of orders)
• Net Sales Value
• Total Sales
• Date Filter to analyze specific periods
• Orders to Process
• Active Visitors in checkout in real time
• Available Balance for Withdrawal (if your gateway is CartPanda Pay)

Orders to Process: By clicking on this section, you will be redirected to the Orders page, allowing you to start operational management immediately.

These insights help you quickly visualize your store’s status and prioritize the actions needed.

Side Menu

In the side menu, you’ll find all sections related to your CartPanda account—tools that will be part of your daily routine on the platform.

For example:

• Orders > All Orders: View all sales made in your store.
• Finance: Track all financial information of your operation.
• Apps: Access available CartPanda apps as well as native platform features, such as One Click Upsell, Order Bump, Link Bundler, and Subscriptions.

You can also pin an app to the side menu for faster, easier access by searching for it and clicking the pin icon.

Navigation and Features

• Top Right Corner: Icon to manage your account or log out.
• Bottom Right Corner: Help Center and chat support

Here you can consult articles or speak directly with our support team.
