Custom Thank You Page

CartPanda allows you to configure a custom Thank You Page, redirecting customers to an external page after completing their purchase.


This feature is ideal for displaying post-purchase strategic content, such as:


  • Product access instructions
  • Next steps after the purchase
  • Additional onboarding information


In this guide, you’ll learn how to configure the Thank You Page redirect to an external URL of your choice.

How the Redirect Works


When a customer completes an order, the system follows this logic:


  1. It checks whether any product in the cart has a specific redirect configured
  2. If there is more than one, the first product with a redirect will be used
  3. If no product redirect exists, the system applies the redirect based on the payment method
  4. If neither option is configured, the default CartPanda Thank You Page will be displayed


Setting Up a Custom Thank You Page


Go to: Admin > Thank You Page > Redirect URLs



1️⃣ Default Redirect by Payment Method


This option allows you to define a different URL depending on the payment method used by the customer:


  • Credit Card

Simply paste the desired Thank You Page URL for each payment method.


2️⃣ Product-Based Redirect


This option allows you to define a custom Thank You Page for specific products.


This type of redirect has priority over payment method redirects.



To configure it:


  1. Click Add product redirect
  2. Search for and select the desired product
  3. Enter the external Thank You Page URL
  4. Click Create



Once configured, you will be able to fully customize the post-purchase experience, directing customers to specific content depending on the product purchased or the payment method used.
