The Cartpanda Pay supports transactions with comprehensive global coverage and in more than 130 different currencies.

In this way, it is possible to make sales in your customers’ native currency and receive the funds already in Dolars within your Cartpanda Pay financial account.

Compatible currencies

Cartpanda Pay processes payments in more than 130 currencies by converting Dolars (USD) to the final customer’s currency.

Currencies marked with an asterisk are not accepted by American Express and These currencies apply to payments made with credit cards.

Countries with Restrictions

Cartpanda, due to compliance and regulatory requirements from our payment partners, has restrictions for sales in certain countries and regions.

Fees and charges

Fees for international transactions through Cartpanda Pay depend on the selected plan, starting at 9.9% + R$ 1.50 per sale, regardless of the sale currency.

Light: Flat rate for international sales 9.9% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Starter: Flat rate for international sales 9.5% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Premium: Flat rate for international sales 9.0% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Advanced: Flat rate for international sales 8.5% + R$ 1.50 per sale

Conversion rates in disputes or refunds

If there is a dispute or refund for a payment that involved currency conversion, the received amount will be reverted to the original currency using the same exchange rate that was applied at the time of purchase.

Although exchange rates may fluctuate in the market, when a dispute or refund occurs, the rate used remains the same as the one applied at the moment of payment.

The customer will always be refunded the exact amount they paid and in the currency they paid, regardless of any factor.

Fund release timeframe

The time to receive funds processed through Global Market is initially 14 days for all accounts. However, you can request an analysis for receiving funds in 2 days through the Cartpanda Pay management page.

Reserve balance

The default reserve value 10% on each order and it is automatically deducted from all orders. It is possible to request a renegotiation of the reserve after a period of using Cartpanda Pay.

The reserve balance will remain held for 90 days after entering your account. After these 90 days, it will automatically move to your available balance so you can withdraw it.

Applicable restrictions

Argentina

Argentina is one of the restricted countries for global sales and processing with Cartpanda Pay.

Russia and Belarus

All credit card networks have stopped providing services to Russian financial institutions. Cartpanda Pay will not accept transactions in Mir. Additionally, cards issued in Russia are likely to fail.

Other regions

It is strictly prohibited to use Cartpanda services to carry out transactions, negotiations, or sales of products or services that have a direct or indirect connection with jurisdictions considered high-risk by Cartpanda.

This includes countries such as:

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as well as the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.
