Create and duplicate orders
There are several situations where you may need to manually manage an order, such as correcting customer information, adjusting products or quantities, applying discounts, or generating a payment outside the checkout flow. To support these scenarios, CartPanda allows you to create new orders manually or duplicate existing ones directly from the dashboard.
⚠️ Important: Any order created or duplicated from the dashboard that has its status changed to Paid will be subject to CartPanda transaction fees, just like regular checkout orders.
Create an order
To manually create a new order:
- Go to the Orders menu.
- Click Create.
You will be redirected to the Create order screen, where you can fully configure the order before saving it.

Order details section
In the Order details section, you can perform the following actions:
- Add products to the order
- Adjust product quantities
- Add internal notes (visible only to your team)
- Apply discounts to the order
- View the order Subtotal, Taxes, and Total in real time
You can also enable Email invoice to automatically send an invoice or payment email to the customer once the order is saved.
Customer section
In the Find or create customer panel, you can:
- Search for an existing customer
- Create a new customer directly from the order screen
This ensures the order is correctly linked to the customer profile.
Market and pricing
In the Market section, you can:
- View the selected market and currency used for pricing
- Edit the market if needed
Pricing and currency will automatically follow the selected market configuration.
Additional order settings
When creating an order, you can also configure:
- Payment method (CartPanda Pay or Others)
- Affiliate (if applicable)
- Order source (Order src) for internal tracking
- Tags to help organize and filter orders later
Saving the order
Once all required information is filled in, click Save order to create the order.
Generate payments with CartPanda Pay
You can generate payments directly from the Create order screen using CartPanda Pay as the payment gateway.
💡 This feature is available only for accounts with CartPanda Pay enabled.
Credit card payments
To generate a credit card payment:
- Select Credit card as the payment method.The credit card option will only be available if CartPanda Pay is active on your account.
- Fill in the requested information.

Duplicate an order
Duplicating an order is useful when you need to quickly recreate a similar purchase or correct an existing order.
To duplicate an order:
- Go to the Orders menu.
- Open the desired order.
- Click More actions and select Duplicate.
You will be taken to a screen with the same structure as the Create order page, where you can update any necessary information.
Payment status when duplicating
Before saving the duplicated order, make sure to set the correct payment status.
- If Email invoice is enabled, the customer will automatically receive a new email related to this duplicated order.
After completing the changes, click Save order.
