Connecting Payoneer

At Cartpanda, you can connect your Payoneer account to withdraw funds from sales made through Cartpanda.

To connect your account, access your Cartpanda account and go to Admin > Payments > Manage. Or click here.
Look for Manage bank accounts and click Add account.

In the pop-up that opens, select the United States as the bank country and click Payoneer.
You will be redirected to Payoneer, where you can create a new account or connect to an existing account.

Payoneer account verification

Verification requirementsDuring the integration with Payoneer, the document used for the Payoneer account must match the document registered with Cartpanda Pay. The document is automatically determined during the integration process.

Brazil: Payoneer integration is available exclusively for Cartpanda accounts registered with a CNPJ. Accounts registered with a CPF are not compatible with this integration.
United States (USD): a valid EIN must be registered to complete the integration.

After completing the steps in Payoneer, you will be redirected back to the Cartpanda page.

Initially, your Payoneer account status will be pending. At this stage, you must wait for the review to be completed before you can make withdrawals via Payoneer.
Once approved, you can select your Payoneer account as your payout method under Finance > Statement.
