Configure your store's shipping options
It is essential to have shipping configured in your checkout so that orders can be processed in your store, even if shipping is free.
To create or edit shipping rates, navigate to the side menu in your dashboard: Admin > Shipping
On the shipping page, you will find several configuration options, which are explained in detail below:
- Shipping Type (General Shipping or Product-Specific Shipping)
- Shipping Table

General Shipping
General shipping applies to all products in your store. To create a general shipping rate, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Go to Manage Rates.
Step 2:
Enter the Origin Country/ZIP Code for where the merchandise will be shipped from.
Enter the Destination Country to create the rate that your customers will see at checkout.
Step 3:
Under Shipping Rates, click Add Shipping zone

Step 4:
Set your shipping rates or use a delivery service with which we have an integration.
- You can also set conditions to make the rate visible at checkout based on weight or order value.

Product-Specific Shipping
Product-specific shipping applies only to selected products in your store. To create a product-specific rate, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Go to Create New Profile.

Step 2:
Add a Name for the profile and click Add Products.
- Select the products that will have shipping rates different from the general rate. You can select specific variants if needed, then click Save.
Step 3:
Follow the same process as General Shipping, adding the origin ZIP and configuring the shipping rate.
